John McEwen, art critic for the Sunday Telegraph and writes extensively on 20th century art for a number of journals and publications. As art critic for the Spectator in the early 1980s he was among the most enthusiastic champions of Paula Rego’s first solo exhibitions in England. His books include Glenkiln and John Bellany. He lives in London.
